(Organic) The wine shows a very light ruby colour with some garnet reflections. The nose is delicate, finely floral, revealing notes of ripe strawberries, cherry compote, raspberries, a touch of cinnamon and cloves. The palate is juicy and suave with balanced acidity and velvety, fine-grained tannins. The notes of sweet red berries are intertwined with hints of cacao, withered savoury herbs, rosemary and sage. The finish is dry and elegant, lingers long.
