(Organic) The wine shows a medium deep purple colour. The nose is delicately smoky and savoury with notes of ripe black cherries, peony, as well as cinnamon, bay leaf, a touch of cloves and nutmeg. The palate is powerful and dense but keeps a nice freshness and elegance. The tannins are polished and velvety. The wine demonstrates an attractive fruity character combined with notes of savoury herbs and spices. A refined, silky and long finish.
