(Organic) The wine shows a pale ruby colour with a brightening rim. The nose is slightly muted, needs aeration, later revealing notes of dried herbs, lavender, macchia, nuances of sandal wood, black pepper with some red fruits in the background. The palate shows a nice freshness and elegance with good fruit concentration and fine power. The herbal notes of Mediterranean broom interlace with notes of dried cranberries, red cherries, hibiscus, a touch of pomegranate and a slight hint of orange zest. The tannins are polished and smooth. Good length.
