The palate is fruity, relatively gourmand, elegant, fine, aerial and offers a good definition as well as a silky matter. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of yellow peach in syrup, pear in syrup and fine notes of lemon, quince associated with discreet notes of caramel, dry yellow raisin as well as discreet hints of caramel, spices and very discreet notes of chocolate. Good length and persistence.
