The nose is aromatic, elegant, concentrated and offers power. This wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, grey pepper, small notes of small wild berries associated with touches of laurel as well as hints of tobacco, graphite and very fine hints of wild strawberry. The palate is fruity, elegant, concentrated and offers gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, ripe violet plum, small notes of small wild black fruits associated with fine touches of tobacco, underwood as well as discreet hints of leather, tonka bean and roasted hazelnut. A very fine firmness and a very discreet hint of salinity on the persistence.
