On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, ripe / juicy wild red berries and small notes of wild strawberry, cherry associated with small touches of garrigue, dry forest floor as well as discreet touches of spices, a subtle hint of sage / rosemary, an imperceptible touch of pepper and chocolate.
