The nose is fruity, juicy, racy and offers a fine straightness, elegance as well as a fine minerality (in the background). It reveals notes of ripe lemon, pear and small notes of quince associated with a hint of kumquat and a discreet hint of orange. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers suavity, fat, a small tension, a small aerial side, concentration, a good structure, a good freshness, a good roundness, a beautiful definition, a melodious side as well as a beautiful grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, fleshy mirabelle plum and small notes of apple associated with small / fine touches of kumquat, lemon as well as an imperceptible hint of fleshy peach (in the background) and racy minerality. Good length and persistence. There is an imperceptible tannic sensation on the finish.
