The nose is fruity, fresh, juicy, elegant and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as power and concentration (but full of elegance). It reveals notes of fleshy / fresh blackberry and a touch of ripe / juicy cassis combined with touches of black fruit, blueberry, red fruits, a touch of lilac, coffee as well as Sichuan pepper, very discreet hints of dark chocolate, coffee and imperceptible hints of dried almond / toasted hazelnut. The palate is fruity, juicy, fresh, well-balanced and offers minerality, a juicy / mineral frame, tension, concentration, richness, a beautiful definition, a beautiful creamy matter as well as an elegant and slightly tight grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, juicy / fleshy blueberry and small notes of cornflowers associated with touches of red fruits, licorice as well as very fine toasted hints (in the background), Bourbon vanilla, dark chocolate and a very discreet hint of coffee. Good length. Good and gourmande persistence. There is a very fine chew on the finish / persistence.
