The nose is spicy and offers a certain power and intensity as well as a fine spiciness. There are notes of blackberry, violet and slightly nutmeg combined with hints of mocha, cardamom and fine black olive and a very discreet almost balsamic edge. The palate is fruity and balanced, revealing minerality, juiciness, a little tension and a fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses juicy/pulpy cherry, juicy/pulpy violet plum small notes of bright red berry notes combined with hints of nutmeg and a touch of tobacco. Good length. Nice acidic persistence.
