Plaisir de Siaurac 2018 – Lalande-de-Pomerol

The nose is fruity, aromatic, fresh and offers a fine grain. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, ripe blackberry and small notes of crunchy wild red berries associated with fine touches of iris, lilac, peony/bulb as well as fine hints of liquorice stick and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize, suavity, a beautiful fleshy/ripe fruit, freshness as well as crunchiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy/juicy wild blackberry, crunchy/juicy cassis and small notes of blue fruits associated with fine touches of red fruits, liquorice, cornflower, peony as well as fine hints of spices. Tannins are fine and straight.
