(Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca) The nose is quite powerful and intense. It reveals notes of plum, blackberry and slight notes of violet and spices. The palate is fruity, dense, fleshy, powerful, slightly mineral and offers a smooth matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of plum, prune and cassis combined with touches of wild strawberry, chocolate, spices as well as fine touches of licorice and dried fruit on the finish. Tannins are a bit firm. Good length.
