The nose is powerful, aromatic and offers a fine grain. It reveals notes of wild cassis, small wild red berries associated with touches of Cuben pepper, flowers (iris, lilac) as well as fine hints of pepper and very discreet hints of rosemary. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame as well as a fine juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy bigarreau cherry and small notes of red fruits associated with fine touches of plum as well as fine hints of liquorice and oak. Good length. A hint of grilled on the finish.
