The nose reveals notes of roasting coffee. After, the nose reveals notes of raspberry, blackberry and slight notes of aromatic herbs associated with a touch of currant and flowers. The palate is fresh, mineral, more concentrated than the Cuvée IXE 2010, fruity and precise. In the mouth it expresses notes of cherry, blackberry, plum and black cherry combined with a few slight notes of sweet spices. The wine is a bit more tannic than the Cuvée IXE 2010 and slightly dry. Good length.
