The nose is powerful, fruity and offers concentration. It reveals notes of plum, blackberry and small notes of cassis combined with small touches of red berries, rose as well as discreet hints of spices and Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, suave and offers delicacy, dynamism, a small tension, a racy minerality, freshness, juiciness, a good structure as well as a good guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cherry, crushed redcurrants and small notes juicy Quetsche plum associated with small touches of crunchy wild berries, wild raspberry, cassis, Zan, rose, violet and very discreet hints of spices. Tannins are fine and very slightly chewy. Good length.
