The nose is well-defined and offers a fine grain as well as a certain elegance. It reveals notes of brugnon, lychee, small notes of white flowers associated with small touches of dry zests, dry apple associated with fine hints of fresh mild tobacco, a hint of fresh violet and spices. The palate is fruity and offers gourmandize, a fine suavity, a very fine incisive side, dynamism, a fine grain as well as fullness and a small fat. On the palate this Cognac expresses notes of caramelized peach, caramelized apple, small notes of cedrat associated with touches of dry white pear/dry rose, dry lemon as well as hints of caramel pear, lychee, pâtisserie as well as discreet hints of spices, brioche, fresh mild tobacco, nutmeg and toffee. Good length.
