The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and offers a fine richness and a beautiful definition. It reveals notes of quince, crushed apple, small notes of crushed vine peach associated with small touches of small acidulous yellow plum, apple flowers, crushed pear as well as a subtle hint of bee wax, butter brioche/pastries as well as a very discreet hint of white pepper. The palate is fruity, elegant, gourmand and offers a beautiful definition, structure, a fine fat as well as a fine straightness full of finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy quince, crushed yellow peach, small notes of William pear associated with small touches of acidulous yellow plum as well as an imperceptible hint of juicy/ripe pineapple, butter brioche and an imperceptible hint of grilled bread on the persistence.
