The palate is fruity, elegant, gourmand and offers a beautiful definition, structure, a fine fat as well as a fine straightness full of finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy quince, crushed yellow peach, small notes of William pear associated with small touches of acidulous yellow plum as well as an imperceptible hint of juicy/ripe pineapple, butter brioche and an imperceptible hint of grilled bread on the persistence.
