The nose reveals notes of yuzu zests, lemon, small notes of fresh mandarine associated with fine touches of crunchy apple, crunchy Mirabelle, an imperceptible hint of lime flowers and sense of the place. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a beautiful definition, elegance, purity of the fruit as well as gourmandize and a small aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lime/ripe/pulpy yuzu, juicy/pulpy mandarine, small notes of fresh/ripe sanguine orange associated with small touches of crushed Mirabelle, crushed pear as well as a subtle hint of crunchy peach, peach flowers, lemon flowers and an imperceptible hint of tilleul (in the background). Good length. A subtle bitter hint on the persistence.
