Peyre – N°009 La Gazette à Table 2021 – AOP Ventoux

The wine has a beautiful intense and deep ruby color. The nose is aromatic, woody, powerful, fruity and fresh. There are notes of toast, crunchy black berries like cherry as well as racy minerality, liquorice and fine touches of rose. The palate is fresh, minty, powerful, structured. It has a tangy frame with fruit. There are notes of ripe crunchy black fruits such as cherry and blackberry as well as liquorice. The tannins are present, intense and melt into a finish on the compote of black fruits. We perceive toast and violets. Intense wine, round, powerful in amplitude.
