Petite Laurence 2020 – Bordeaux Supérieur

Petite Laurence 2020 – Bordeaux Supérieur

The nose is fresh and offers a small tension, a fine concentration as well as a discreetly tight grain. It reveals notes of pulpy Boysen berry, cassis, small notes of bright small red fruits associated with touches of gravel, Cuben pepper, fresh flower and a discreet hint of nutmeg. The mouth is fruity, balanced and offers a small creaminess, a certain gourmandize, freshness, roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, creamy cassis, small notes of juicy/pulpy raspberry associated with touches of violet, lily, tonka bean as well as a subtle hint of saffron, mocha and graphite. Good length. A very discreet hint of toasted in the finish/persistence. The tannins are mellow.
