The nose offers concentration and a small freshness. It reveals notes of quince, nutmeg and small notes of acacia flowers associated with hints of nectarine as well as slight hints of racy minerality and citrus. The palate is fine, round and offers a small unctuosity, a beautiful acidulous / juicy frame, fat, a fine tension, freshness as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, lychee and small notes of juicy citrus (mandarin …) associated with hints of crunchy pineapple, juicy mirabelle plum as well as discreet toasted hints (in the background), a very discreet hint of vanilla (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of flowers.
