The nose is fruity, well-built and offers a very fine intensity, a fine acidulous frame (brings dynamism and balance). It reveals notes of quenette, vine peach and small notes of William pear associated with fine touches of lime zests as well as a very discreet hint of apple. The palate is fruity, juicy and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, suavity, a fine unctuosity very finely tight and a fine tension. On the palate expresses notes of ripe William pear, quenette and small notes of vine peach associated with a touch of lime, yuzu as well as a very discreet hint of crunchy/juicy pineapple (in the background). There are a very discreet saline minerality hint in the background as well as an imperceptible hint of lemon tree flowers.
