The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful juiciness, precision, suavity, a beautiful fullness, a very beautiful finesse of the grain, a small crunchiness, harmony as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon and small notes of juicy/ripe mandarine, juicy/crunchy vine peach associated with fine hints of zests, quenette as well as discreet hints of yuzu and racy minerality. Good length. There is a fine hints of toasted almond on the finish/persistence. Very beautiful persistence. There is a subtle hint of vanilla on the persistence.
