(100% Sauvignon Blanc) The nose is elegant, fine, gourmand and delicate. It reveals notes of citrus, flowers, lemon and slight notes of exotic fruits associated with a touch of flint. The mouth is dense, suave, gourmand, fat, full and offers a beautiful matter. Presence of an acidulous frame (citrus) that leads the tasting. In the mouth it expresses notes of citrus (mandarin, orange and light notes of clementine) nectarine, pineapple and slight notes of exotic fruit combined with a hint of pear and a touch of hazelnut on the palate. Good length. A nice complex, elegant and gourmand wine.
