The nose is fruity, fine, powerful, relatively gourmand and quite elegant. It reveals notes of lemon zests, orange zests and potpourri associated with slight touches of dried skin peach, slight touches of apricot, ripe small fruits, caramelization as well as a hint of cedar, sweet spices and a very discreet / imperceptible hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, mineral, elegant and offers a slight mineral frame, a slight suavity, a good balance as well as a slight straightness. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of apricot, caramel, apple and slight notes of candied lemon associated with slight touches of plum, spices and a very discreet touch of oak. Good length and persistence.
