The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, gourmandise, a beautiful acidulous frame, tension, precision, a good structure, a good matter, a racy minerality as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain / definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / acidulous blackberry, fleshy / acidulous black plum and small notes of crunchy raspberry associated with a touch of juicy blueberry, violet / cornflower as well as hints of Bourbon vanilla, toasted tips, nutmeg and slight hints of dried almond on the finish. Tannins are structuring and racy. Beautiful persistence.
