The nose is fruity, elegant, gourmand and offers a beautiful definition as well as a small freshness. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of pulpy black cherry associated with touches of strawberry, violet, lily, a racy minerality as well as fine hints of liquorice, spices, a discreet hint of pepper and a very discreet hint of mocha. The palate is fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, a small tension, a fine grain, a small fat, delicacy and freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, griotte cherry and small notes of juicy/fresh raspberry associated with touches of small fresh red fruits as well as hints of chocolate, liquorice stick, nutmeg and discreet hints of toasted.
