The nose is aromatic, intense, slightly powerful and offers gourmandise. It reveals notes of dried strawberry, orange zests and small notes of peach, dried fruits associated with subtle touches of grove, spices and gray pepper. The palate is fruity, soft, well-balanced, mineral, suave, fat and offers a good matter, richness, a good structure, a slight tension, a very slight unctuosity, a beautiful guideline, a beautiful freshness, a slight straightness, a slight acid frame, a good volume as well as gourmandise. On the palate this Porto expresses notes of plum, candied lemon, candied orange, crystallized strawberry and small notes of candied tangerine zests associated with slight touches of cherry, dried fruits, caramelization, Zante currant as well as very hints of discreet cocoa / pepper on the finish. Tannins are well-built. Good length and beautiful persistence. There is a touch of vanilla cream on the persistence.
