The nose is aromatic and spicy. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis and small notes of spices associated with touches of violet, discreet hints of fleshy strawberry, wild raspberry as well as discreet hints of Sichuan pepper, coffee and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, precise and offers a good definition, a fine juicy frame, a good guideline, elegance as well as a fine density. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, crushed cassis and small notes of small bleu fruits, crushed raspberry associated with touches of crunchy red berries, liquorice, cornflower and spices. Tannins are fine and well-built. There is a very discreet hint of coffee on the persistence.
