The nose is elegant, racy and offers freshness, a small crunchiness as well as a beautiful definition of the fruit. It reveals notes of juicy / fresh bigarreau cherry, crunchy raspberry and small notes of crushed blackberry associated with touches of cornflowers, lilac, cherry blossoms as well as hints of Brazilian pepper, fresh licorice stick and racy minerality / sense of place. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, suavity, silkiness, a fine chiseled side, finesse, a beautiful aromatic precision as well as elegance. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy bigarreau cherry, juicy / fresh blackberry and small notes of fresh flowers associated with touches of juicy / fresh blueberry, juicy / fresh red berries as well as hints of racy minerality, fresh liquorice stick, chocolate and a very discreet varietal hint (in the background). Good length. Presence of a hint of caramelization / chocolate on the persistence.
