The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, suavity, silkiness, a fine chiseled side, finesse, a beautiful aromatic precision as well as elegance. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy bigarreau cherry, juicy / fresh blackberry and small notes of fresh flowers associated with touches of juicy / fresh blueberry, juicy / fresh red berries as well as hints of racy minerality, fresh liquorice stick, chocolate and a very discreet varietal hint (in the background). Good length. Presence of a hint of caramelization / chocolate on the persistence.
