The nose is racy and offers intensity, a fine concentration, a certain complexity as well as a fine and very slightly tight grain. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, fleshy strawberry and small notes of blueberry associated with a subtle hint of lilac, blue plum, fine hints of liquorice, sweet blond tobacco as well as a very discreet hint of rose, sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of sense of place. The palate is fruity, elegant and offers delicacy, gourmandize, a small richness, fat, suavity, a beautiful definition, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a fine aerial side in the approach as well as density (well-controlled). On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / fleshy strawberry, pulpy / juicy cherry and small notes of juicy Boysenberry associated with touches of fresh cornflowers, fleshy blue plum as well as hints of sweet blond tobacco, toasted, chocolate, a very discreet hint of racy minerality, rose and an imperceptible hint of vanilla. Good length. Presence of an imperceptible hint of dark chocolate and coffee on the persistence.
