The nose is elegant, fruity and offers a certain power as well as a fine power. It reveals notes of pulpy / bright cherry, crushed strawberry and small notes of pulpy blueberry associated with touches of plum, violet, lily, pepper, green cardamom as well as discreet hints of vanilla bean. Bourbon and a subtle hint of pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, a good definition, gourmandize, a small acidulous frame, suavity, finesse as well as energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cherry, pulpy raspberry and small notes of juicy purple plum associated with touches of cornflowers, fresh / juicy small fruits, zan, hints of sense of place, green cardamom as well as a discreet hint of nutmeg and a very discreet hint of tonka bean. Tannins are well-built, precise and supple. Good length.
