The nose is fruity, juicy and offers a small crunchiness. It reveals notes of yellow peach, mirabelle plum and small notes of crunchy pear associated with small hints of yellow fruits as well as discreet hints of butter and an imperceptible hint of dry biscuit. The palate is fruity, elegant and offers a beautiful definition / finesse, a beautiful creaminess, a beautiful finesse of the texture, gourmandise as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / fleshy mirabelle plum, peach and small notes of quenette associated with discreet hints of peach blossoms, crushed white fruits as well as a hint of kumquat and a very discreet hint of juicy citrus (in the background). Good length and good persistence.
