Nativ, Fontana Del Sambuco 2019 – Fiano Di Avellino DOCG

The nose is elegant and offers gourmandize, a fine richness as well as a certain delicacy. It reveals notes of quenette, green apple, small notes of peach flowers associated with fine touches of olive tree/sense of the place (local biotope), kumquat zests, dry zests as well as a discreet hint of verbena and an imperceptible hint of almond. The palate is elegant, suave, beautifully defined and offers gourmandize, a small fat, dynamism and an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quenette, juicy green apple, small notes of bright vine peach associated with a touch of quince, lychee, kumquat as well as a very discreet hint of verbena, rose and an imperceptible hint of crushed peach. Good length. Sapidity and gourmandize on the finish/persistence.
