(Organic) The wine shows a medium ruby colour. The nose is delicate and floral, revealing nuances of cornflowers and violets, a touch of crisp red cherries and raspberries, a subtle hint of pungent spices. The palate is crunchy and fresh, with very high acidity, linear, vertical texture and light body. The tannins are chalky but delicate. On the palate the notes of red, caramelized cherries interlace with nuances of red apples and green pepper. Refreshing, crunchy style. Juicy and succulent finish.
