The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, tense, well-balanced and offers a fresh frame, a small fat, juiciness as well as a very fine acidulous side (in the background). On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy / fresh green apple, crunchy / fresh pear and small notes of litchi associated with a touch of lemon and a discreet hint of flowers. Good and acidulous persistence.
