The saké is clear like water. The nose is intense with some minerality and sweetness brought by the pineapple, the white peach and chestnut flavors. It seems also to be milky. The attack is nice with sweetness followed by fruits (grapey) and spices (star anis). It is still with some milky aromas. The mouth is very delicate. The texture is smooth with a fresh finish all about puffed rice.
