(Washington) The nose is powerful and aromatic. It reveals notes of black fruit (berries …), cherry and earth / leather combined with a woody touch and slight notes of cocoa beans. The palate is fruity, mineral, unctuous, harmonious, dense and fluid. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis, raspberry and redcurrant associated with notes of black fruit cream as well as touches of peppers (black pepper and fine touches of Sichuan pepper) on the finish. Tannins are fine and slightly dry. Good length and persistence
