Nice fruity nose which offers a roasted-fresh aroma as well as a certain finesse in its intensity. It reveals notes of roasted cherries, violets and slight notes of pulpy/bright blackcurrant associated with touches of juicy purple plum as well as hints of cornflower, star anise and a subtle iodized mineral hint. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, good definition, juiciness, a certain slight tension in accuracy, an acidic frame, depth, a textured side as well as a fine grain. There is a certain concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulp blackberries, pulpy blackcurrant and small notes of juicy/acidulous purple plums associated with touches of raspberries as well as hints of graphite, chocolate and fine salty or even iodized hints. Presence of a hint of vanilla as well as a good bitterness on the retro-olfaction / persistence. There is a nice salinity, sapidity and delicacy.
