Moss Wood – Wilyabrup Semillon 2015 – Margaret River

The nose is fruity, racy and offers straightness as well as minerality. It reveals notes of flint and slight notes of white fruits associated with hints of fresh citrus zests. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acid frame, a beautiful fat, a slight unctuosity, tension, straightness, freshness as well as a very slight sparkling side on the attack. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of Granny Smith green apple and slight notes of litchi associated with slight touches of green lemon zests, citrus as well as a very discreet hint of clementine zests and touches of green lemon zests on the persistence. Good length and aromatic persistence.
