The nose is fruity and offers a fine intensity as well as a small power. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, strawberry and small notes of blackberry associated with small touches of cherry, spices, very discreet hints of Cuben pepper as well as a subtle hint of liquorice and a subtle hint almost saline. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, tension, a small deepness, a good precision as well as a small straigthness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe wild cassis, juicy/ripe blackberry and small notes of wild strawberry associated with small touches of cherry as well as fine hints of liquorice and very discreet hints of copse/flowers. Sapidity and gourmandize on the finish/persistence. Beautiful persistence.
