A small family farmer in the old Borgofranco d’Ivrea area is successfully engages in the production of a fleshy 36-month, slight oxidation is offset on the sip by unbridled acidity; aromas of warm citrus, magnolia, dried fruit and hydrocarbons. It becomes savoury with good volume; the wine base ages 6 months in barrique. Grapes grown 70% pergola, 30% guyot on sandy soil of morainic origin. The winery also engages in Nebbiolo production on ancient terraces reconstructed with great pride.
