The wine has a deep pink-salmon colour. The nose is dense and exuberant, revealing nuances of strawberries and strawberry compote, hints of pomegranate and garrigue The palate is very fresh, but powerful, it has nice fruit concentration, showing complex spicy notes with a hint of pepper and liquorice. A serious, gastronomic rosé.
