The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers a small minerality, freshness, a fine concentration, a fine grain as well as a small power / intensity. It reveals notes of blackberry / fresh, ripe / fresh cassis and small notes of violet / cornflower, small blue fruits associated with fine touches of garrigue, camphor as well as very discreet hints of Cuben pepper (in the background), nutmeg and spices. The palate is fruity, fine, elegant, well-balanced, very slightly tight, precise and offers an acidulous frame, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a good structure / construction as well as a fine pulpy side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy cassis, fleshy / juicy cherry and small notes of wild small red fruits associated with a touch of blackberry, a fine hint of violet / cornflower as well as very fine hints of liquorice, toasted, almond, cardamom and very discreet hints of chocolate / roasting. A beautiful and gourmande persistence.
