Millebuis – Silex 2018 – Bourgogne Aligoté

The nose is fruity, framed and offers juiciness as well as a racy minerality. It reveals notes of juicy/pulpy Mirabelle, kumquat, small notes of zests associated with small touches of exotic fruits, silex/flint, subtle hints of lemon flowers and quenette. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers suavity a small fat and a small minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed Mirabelle, crushed apple, small notes of small crushed yellow fruits associated with a subtle hint of crushed apricot, exotic fruits as well as a subtle hint of zests. Good length.
