On the nose it offers concentration, a little tight texture as well as a certain intensity. It reveals notes of small fairly ripe wild red berries, wild blackberries and slightly pepper associated with small touches of balsamic, violet and a fine hint of grove. On the palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, suavity, minerality, a certain freshness, a little gourmandize, a tangy frame, roundness as well as a certain harmony. The wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy blackberry, tangy / crunchy wild cassis and more slightly crunchy small red berries associated with touches of violet, iris as well as hints of laurel / local grove, balsamic, with a discreet hint of strawberry, cardamom and camphor / incense. Good length. Presence of a subtle hint of liquorice and vanilla on the finish / persistence.
