(100% Cabernet Sauvignon) The nose is elegant, fine, powerful, charming and concentrated. It reveals notes of blackberry, violet and a touch of cassis associated with a hint of flowers (lilac, cornflower), notes of spice as well as a discreet hint of Ceylon tea, pepper and a touch zan. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, relatively powerful and offers a nice freshness, a good structure, fat, suavity and a silky matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black fruits, blackberry, cassis and a hint of Quetsche plum associated with a touch of violets, notes of liquorice as well as a hint of sweet spice. Tannins are fine, elegant and structuring. Good length and nice aromatic / fruity persistance.
