The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and offers delicacy/harmony. It reveals notes of apple, fresh/juicy quince, small notes of pear associated with a touch of crushed white peach, fine hints of racy minerality as well as a subtle hint of white flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant and offers a good definition, gourmandize, juiciness as well as a beautiful finesse of the fat, definition, a beautiful finesse of the grain and an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy apple, peach, small notes of crunchy William pear associated with touches of juicy quince as well as subtle hints of lemon, ripe/juicy pineapple and racy minerality. A beautiful acidulous persistence.
