The nose is aromatic, elegant, precise and well defined. It reveals notes of candied orange, cigar and small notes of dried mandarin, dried zests, candied white fruits associated with a hint of dried flowers as well as small touches of cedar and slight hints of rancio. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight unctuosity, a small fatness, a slight fleshiness, a good definition, a slight tension as well as a good guideline. On the palate, this Cognac expresses notes of candied lemon, crystallized mandarin, caramel pear, caramel peach and slight notes of a touch of brioche, candied mirabelle associated with small touches of vanilla, dried flowers, crème brulee, pâtisseries, cardamom and a discreet hint of cigar. Good length.
